MAX , a premium commercial building located in Marathahalli, Bangalore, stands out for its cutting-edge architectural detailing and robust exterior systems. Samar Excellence was entrusted with a multi-scope execution that included ACP lower paneling, 12mm toughened glass installation, spider glazing, and SHERA board cladding, collectively covering over 4,900 sq. ft. of façade area.
The project demonstrates our capacity to integrate multiple façade solutions with precision — balancing strength, transparency, and visual appeal. Every material was chosen to reflect modern commercial design standards while ensuring long-term durability and weather resistance.

Extensive Glass Work:Installed over 1,500 sq. ft. of 12mm toughened glass and 1,400 sq. ft. of spider glazing, ensuring high visibility and natural light intake.
Fire-Resistant SHERA Board Cladding: 1,800 sq. ft. of SHERA board used for its durable, low-maintenance, and fire-retardant properties — perfect for commercial buildings.
Functional ACP Lower Panels: 200 sq. ft. of ACP panels installed for weather protection and aesthetic base enhancement.
